Julie Guarino

Julie started her monitoring service over 12 years ago, with the primary goal of protecting children – both emotionally and physically – with a focus on court-ordered/DCFS ordered visitation.

All Monitors at Safe & Protected are fully trained and are retired law enforcement.

​

Each monitor receives ongoing extensive training and has experience in Monitoring the most difficult and complex cases.

​

All Safe and Protected Monitors are: (1) 24-hour trained; (2) Live-Scanned; (3) Trustline Cleared; (4) Fully insured; (5) CPR/First Aid certified and (6) Fully trained in Child Abuse recognition/Mandated Reporters.

​

All Monitoring Services meet (California) Rules of Court 5.20 of the Judicial Administrative Standards, Uniform Standards of Practice for Providers of Supervised Visits.
